services
DOULA:
As your doula I like to meet with you at least once and preferably twice before the birth of your baby. This gives me the chance to get to know you and your desires for your birth. I want to make what is important to you important to me. I am also able to answer any questions you have not only about the birth process but what to expect at the hospital and how to make a Birth Plan if you choose. In prenatal visits I also help you with relaxation, position changes and all that you need to have the birth you hope for. If you like, as a Lactation Educator/Counselor I will do a breast feeding “class” during our prenatal visit as well.
My services are not just for the prenatal and birth, I am there for you during the postpartum as well. I am available to you when you need me and you can always call or email me anytime you need anything.
LACTATION EDUCATION/COUNSELING:
As a doula client my lactation education and counseling services are all included.
However, if you are simply desiring some breast feeding counseling or a class I offer those services as well.
BELLY CASTING:
As a doula client you will receive a free belly cast! However, I will do them for anyone that desires one whether you desire my other services or not.
